REMINDER: Parents - Form C of the Health Forms is for Summer Camp and needs to be signed off by a physician before going to camp. Most doctor's offices need a few days to get it filled out unless you happen to be getting your son's physical in the next couple of weeks before camp.  Please bring the paperwork back to Christina Davis or Amy Lester at a troop meeting.  The health forms go with the scouts on all activities in case medical attention is needed.  The forms are only good from 1 year of the date that they are signed. Both the parents and the Scout sign form A.

 There is NO meeting. Please help out if you can.
