Toy Drive

It's time again for our toy drive.

This year I think is going to be more important because of Covid shut downs and people out of work. 

One of the companies that usually helps out alot has told us that they can't help this year.

Siemens Virtual Scout Day - RSVP Nov 30

Hike on Little Big Econ NOV 21 - Please RSVP

Meet at the Bar Street Trail Head at 10:00 am- address is 951 Bar. Street, Oviedo, FL 32765. Bring $2-3 with you for payment to go on the trail as well as a lunch, snacks, 2 liters of water and the 10 essentials in a day pack. Pick up will be at the same location on Bar Street at 1:30. The plan is to hike the orange trail to the red trail, then the yellow trail and back to the starting point.  It should be a 5 mile hike to help Scouts who want to finish a Tenderfoot Rank requirement of a 5 mile hike. All are welcome!  Including parents who just like to be outdoors and go on hikes. Please RSVP on the calendar event so we know how many to expect. Please print the permission form (when it gets posted) and bring with you to the meeting place at Bar Street.  Everyone participant should also print a map of the trail and bring it with them for guidance while hiking.

Scouting for Food Results

Thank you everyone for helping with Scouting for Food including the 4613 girl troop.  We were able to collect 133 bags from our units.  For Colonial district, 40,633 pounds of food was collected which is a 43% increase over last year!
